What is Power Start?
Every school day at 7 AM, we pick children up from home and safely drive them to school where they receive a healthy breakfast and recess snack. Our friendly staff and volunteers help each child get ready for school so they head to class on time & ready to learn.

We are the only organization in Kamloops that offers a before school breakfast program for children. In 2016, we served 12,086 free breakfasts and snacks and significantly improved classroom attendance and participation.
$50 per ticket or $400 per 8 person table.Tickets can be purchased online or at the John Tod Centre Club. A charitable tax receipt will be issued minus the cost of the breakfast.
After the Event
Our first annual Power Start Breakfast Fundraiser was a success. We raised enough funds to serve an extra 1,161 breakfasts!
