BGCCAN Strategic Plan (National)

CRDP Staff Guidelines

This is a mandatory read for all after school team members working with children. It's a great resource that you can review whenever you need a refresher on how to effectively perform your job. 

CRDP Parent Handbook 

This is a handbook that all CRDP parents receive to understand how the Club operates and what is expected of them. It's a great resource to familiarize yourself with to best support Club parents.

This is a handbook that all LCK parents receive to understand how the Club operates and what is expected of them. It's a great resource to familiarize yourself with to best support Club parents. 

John Tod Emergency Plan

If an emergency strikes the Club, you'll know the best way to respond. This is a mandatory read for all John Tod Club staff to support the health and safety of our members. 

Neighbourhood Emergency Plan

If an emergency strikes the Club, you'll know the best way to respond. This is a mandatory read for all Satellite Club staff to support the health and safety of our members. 

Youth Programs Manual

This is a mandatory read for all staff supporting youth. It's a great resource that you can review whenever you need a refresher on how to effectively perform your job. 

WOSH Handbook

This Wellness, Occupational Health, and Safety (WOSH) Handbook is a mandatory read for all Club staff to understand how the Club can best support your workplace health and well-being and what's expected of you.

Vehicle Driver's Guidelines

This is a mandatory read for any Club staff who drives children or youth in Club or personal vehicles. 

Volunteer Tracking Form 

All volunteers are required to track their volunteer hours. Club staff who oversee volunteers in their program are required to provide and collect this form from volunteers, and submit to the John Tod admin office.
